Viyu is an independent private company. We are not affiliated with any government, embassy, consulate or visa application center. Only the relevant authorities decide on applications.

For the waitlist we process only your email address, language, optional destination and campaign code. Details: Privacy notice.
Dates and amounts you enter in the calculators stay in your browser.

Our commitments in the app

Your documents stay in an encrypted vault on your phone.
Document images are never sent to any AI provider. Passport numbers, national ID numbers, IBANs, full names and addresses never go to AI; only masked text does.
Information and consent are on separate screens. Each consent is its own switch, off by default.
No ad SDKs, no trackers. Your data is never sold.
Delete a document, a trip or your whole account. After account deletion your data is removed, and from backups within 35 days. Details: Delete account.
