Waitlist: consent text

By ticking the consent box on the waitlist form you give explicit consent to the following. The box is unticked by default. If you don't consent, you are not added to the waitlist; everything else on the site, including the free tools, works as before.

What you consent to

• [Company name] (Viyu) may email the address you entered about:
  • a one-time link to confirm your address,
  • an invitation to Viyu's closed test,
  • the announcement that Viyu is live on the App Store and Google Play.
• For this, your email address, language, optional destination and the campaign codes in the link are processed.
• When sending starts, your address is passed to the email delivery provider. If the provider is abroad, the transfer is made under a standard contract (KVKK Art. 9).

We send nothing else. If we ever want to email you about anything else (for example offers or partnerships), we will ask separately.

How to withdraw

At any time, without giving a reason: use the link in any email or write to viyu@neuros.com.tr. Your record is deleted without delay; only the dates you gave and withdrew consent are kept as proof, without the email address.
