Common requests

• My personal data: write to the same address with the subject "My personal data". We answer within 30 days at the latest. Details: Privacy notice.
• Leaving the waitlist: write from the address you signed up with; your record is deleted without delay.
• Deleting an account: see Delete account.
• Wrong information: tell us which rule or page; we review it within 48 hours.

Scam warning

Viyu will never ask you for a bank transfer, a WhatsApp payment or a photo of your passport. Appointments and official waitlists are free; don't pay anyone who tries to sell you one.

Viyu is an independent private company. We are not affiliated with any government, embassy, consulate or visa application center. Only the relevant authorities decide on applications.
