Delete Your Viyu Account
This page explains how to delete your account and data in the Viyu app. Viyu is an independent private company, not a government body.
Delete in the app
- Open Viyu and go to the Profile tab.
- Tap Privacy & data.
- Tap Delete my account and read the summary of what will be deleted.
- Type DELETE (or SİL) to confirm and confirm the last step. If you signed in with Apple, Apple asks you to confirm once more so your Apple connection is removed too.
Your account and your data on our servers are deleted immediately.
If you can't open the app
E-mail viyu@neuros.com.tr from the address you signed up with, with "Delete account" in the subject. To confirm the address is yours, we send a one-time code to it; once you send the code back, we delete your account. We complete your request within 30 days at the latest; our target is 7 days. If you signed in with Apple or Google, write from that account's e-mail address.
Your subscription
Deleting your account or the app does not cancel a store subscription. If you have Premium Annual, cancel it first in the App Store or Google Play: Subscriptions.
What is deleted
- Your account, e-mail address, sign-in connections (Apple, Google) and sessions.
- Your profile, goals, applications, document status, visas, Day Ledger stays and travel log.
- Your consent and notification preferences, device records and push tokens.
- What the assistant remembers about you.
- Your user record at our subscription provider (RevenueCat).
Deleted data leaves our server backups within 35 days at the latest.
Documents on your phone: your documents were never on our servers, so there is no copy for us to delete. The vault on your phone is deleted when you remove the app from your phone; you can also delete documents from the vault one by one first.
What is kept, and for how long
- Purchase and invoice records: as long as tax and commercial law requires (10 years).
- Consent records (which text you accepted, when): 10 years as proof, without content.
- Access and security logs (no content): as required by Law No. 5651 (at least 1, at most 2 years).
- A deletion record (only the fact that a deletion happened, no content): 3 years.
- Identity-free contributions to the slot radar and Türkiye's Route board: not personal data and can't be linked to you. The app tries to recall your board rows before deleting the account.
Waitlist
To leave the website waitlist, write to viyu@neuros.com.tr from the address you signed up with, or use the link in any of our e-mails; your record is deleted without delay.
